Product Description
PVC electrical insulation tape consists of PVC（Polyvinyl Chloride）film backing coated with an aggressive rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive. it has excellent resistance to abrasion, moisture, alkalies, acid, copper corrosion and varying weather conditions. it is mainly used for electric insulation below 600V.
Characteristics
1. Electrical performance：Rated for use up to 600V. suitable for primary electrical insulation protection of low-voltage wires and cables.
2. Environmental Adaptability: Temperature range -10℃~80℃ (some models withstand high temperatures up to 105℃).
3. Resistance to moisture, corrosion, and abrasion, excellent adhesion.
4. Certifications: UL, CE, RoHS
Recommended Uses
★ Suitable for insulation and repair of cable joints for 600V and below.
★ Suitable for circuit marking: such as distinguishing circuit functions using red, yellow, blue, etc. (e.g., neutral wire, live wire).
★ Provides mechanical protection for electrical components and wires, offering wear resistance and scratch protection.
★ Used for insulation protection of transformers, motors, capacitors, voltage stabilizers, and other motor and electronic components.
